 Today in class we took a test over the poems we have been reading. I got a 77.5~78. Reading all the questions made me very tired. Today was a good day, rating about 8/10. Only bad thing that happened today was that they passed the bill to ban TikTok in the United States.

 Today we had a substitute. We received a worksheet based on the book/play we are reading. We answered 1 through 19 and then we were done for the day. While working, I had to get help from a friend to make sure I understood the questions properly. Something that I liked about today was that the environment we were in was very calming and peaceful. There’s nothing that I didn’t like other than it was very cold throughout the school.

 Today in class we were assigned to do a creative writing assignment. We had to find a picture that we liked and write a poem about it and then explain why we picked the picture, the themes, and the literary devices we used. We had to write in the style of William Carlos Williams. I made my poem about a child breaking a plate. I wrote it to make the reader feel as if the child is actually talking to them and having a conversation with them.
